Our services

Web and mobile application development, AI consulting, AI training, citizen connect platforms and data work are delivered under a written proposal, agreement or statement of work. That document sets out the scope, fees, timelines, ownership of what we build, confidentiality and support. Where it differs from these terms, it prevails.

Descriptions of services on this website are general. They are not an offer, and they do not commit us to any particular result.

Our products

Crosdesk and FilesTrace are provided under their own terms and licences. Crosdesk's terms of service are at crosdesk.com. FilesTrace is supplied under the licence agreed with each organisation.

Intellectual property

This website, its text, design and images, and the Buddhyantra, Crosdesk and FilesTrace names and logos belong to Buddhyantra LLP or its licensors. These terms give you no rights in them beyond reading and sharing the website as described above.

Links to other sites

This website links to sites we do not control, such as crosdesk.com and Google Maps. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free from errors, or that it will always be available. Examples, sample data and illustrations on it are for explanation only.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of this website.
